A note from the studio
on slow forms, deliberate flaws, and the joy of building strange things by hand.
In a world chasing perfection, we lean toward the offbeat. Our pieces are shaped slowly—by hand, by instinct, by pulp. Sometimes they wobble. Sometimes they surprise even us. But always, they hold meaning.
At Pulp Fictitious, we build in small batches. We treat quirks as signatures, not flaws. The forms are sculptural, expressive, sometimes a little absurd. Often with more handles than necessary. But nothing is accidental.
We don’t just make things to sell. We make things to say something. About making with what’s around. About repurposing. About the pleasure of slowing down and creating something that couldn’t have been made any faster.
Everything we do is rooted in the belief that art should be held, used, and lived with. These are objects that carry weight—literal, emotional, material. They’re not designed to match your couch. They’re meant to interrupt, to make you look again. To hold space. To feel like something.
We’re glad you’re here.
Come for the handles. Stay for the heart.
