Shipping policy

At Pulp Fictitious, every piece is made with care — many built to order or in limited runs. We ship both domestically and internationally, and aim to deliver your pieces safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

• Made-to-order items: Typically dispatched within 7–12 business days

• In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Within India: 3–5 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, customs clearance, or high demand.

Shipping Charges

Domestic (India)

• Free shipping across India on standard orders.

• Flat rate of ₹150 on Tote Bags and ₹50 on Paper Prints.

• Local deliveries (within 30 km of our studio in Bangalore) and Outstation deliveries (30–45 km radius) are free.

Shipping charges for made-to-order, bespoke, or specially commissioned pieces may vary based on destination and logistics. Applicable fees—within Bangalore or other regions in India—will be clearly communicated prior to dispatch.

International

• Flat rate of ₹2,500 for Vases (tracked and insured).

• Pulpsakes (such as tote bags, prints, and small collectibles) are not available for international shipping at this time.

• Free international shipping on orders above ₹50,000 (or equivalent in your local currency).

• Shipping rates for other eligible products are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Shipping for custom, bespoke, or made-to-order international pieces is calculated individually, depending on destination and packaging requirements. You’ll receive the details at the time of order.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are:

• Not included in the checkout total

• Levied by the destination country’s customs authorities

• Payable by the recipient at the time of delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or for any duties or taxes imposed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.
All orders are carefully fulfilled from our studio in Bangalore, India.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please:

• Email us at hello@pulpfictitious.com within 3 days of delivery

• Include your order number and any available tracking information

We’ll work closely with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address:

• You will be responsible for any re-delivery charges

• Our shipping partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package
