Refund policy

At Pulp Fictitious, every piece is hand-built with intention — many made in small batches, limited runs, or built-to-order.

Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, we care deeply about your experience. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged

Please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@pulpfictitious.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and, if eligible, offer:

  • A replacement (if stock allows), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Pulpsakes (postcards, prints, bookmarks, etc.)

  • Vases (unless they arrived broken — in which case, we’ll replace if stocks allows or take few days make a new one)

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs (if any) will be communicated on a case-by-case basis

  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria
